Company Background

Kraktronix Technical Services has been serving the Inland Empire and Orange County area for 15 years. We offer a full line of toners and Laser Printer services.
We are active members of the Association of California Cartridge Remanufacturers. This organization was developed in order to keep remanufacturers abreast of the latest developments in cartridge technology, and to teach remanufacturers about new toner cartridges as they come on the market. Our technicians combined have over fifty years of experience in servicing electronic equipment. The technicians regularly go to classes and seminars in order to be constantly updated on new equipment. We offer a free technical support line to our customers. Customers are encouraged to call whenever they have technical problems and the technicians will be glad to help. This can often save you money by resolving problems over the phone thus eliminating the need for a service technician.
